DISC (Re)Evolution: People, Science and Technology at the centre of the future of organisations

DISC Talent Solutions, a SEAL Group company specialised in behavioural analysis and development, is holding DISC (Re)Evolution on 30 September at ANJE, in Porto, an event dedicated to the future of human behaviour and the growing convergence between People, Science and Technology.

DISC (Re)Evolution

In a context marked by Artificial Intelligence, the transformation of work models and the increasing value placed on human skills, understanding people’s behaviour takes on increasingly strategic importance for organisations.

It is precisely at this intersection that DISC (Re)Evolution emerges, an initiative promoted by DISC Talent Solutions, a SEAL Group company, which will bring together specialists and professionals to reflect on the evolution of the DISC methodology and on new possibilities for its application in leadership, talent management and organisational development.

The initiative is aligned with SEAL Group’s vision of placing knowledge, science and innovation at the service of human development and organisational performance, combining diagnostic tools with results-oriented interventions.

People. Science. Technology.

DISC (Re)Evolution proposes a reflection on three dimensions that are transforming the management of people and organisations.

  • People, through a deeper understanding of behaviours, relationships, teams and leadership.

  • Science, seeking to better understand the foundations of human behaviour and establish new connections between behavioural analysis, psychology and neuroscience.

  • Technology, exploring the potential of Artificial Intelligence, data and new platforms to expand the capacity for diagnosis, personalisation and people development.

More than discussing the evolution of a methodology, the event raises a broader question: how can we use science and technology to understand people better without losing what makes us truly human?

A particularly relevant question at a time when organisations and leaders are seeking to find a new balance between High Tech and Human Touch.
