Leadership with strong experience in people and organizations
Paulo Maravalhas has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Leadership, having held management roles in leading national and multinational companies across various business sectors, from industry to distribution and retail.
Throughout his career, he stood out for the creation and implementation of HR departments from scratch, the development of value-based management models, the consolidation of internal training academies, and the leadership of talent, culture, employer branding, performance, and succession projects in organizations with hundreds of employees.
He holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Work Psychology, an MBA, advanced training in Occupational Health and Safety, and certifications as an International Coach and DISC Behavioral Analyst, reinforcing his integrated approach between strategy, human behavior, and organizational performance.
