SEAL Group is an official partner of the UP Summit 2026. Sérgio Almeida will be a Keynote Speaker and moderator of the main panel discussion
The SEAL Group is joining the UP Summit 2026 as an official partner in an event organised by EXPONOR that will bring together business leaders, managers, human resources specialists and organisations to reflect on the challenges shaping the future of work and leadership.

The 2026 edition will take place on 15 October at EXPONOR in Matosinhos and will feature Sérgio Almeida, CEO of the SEAL Group as a Keynote Speaker and moderator of the event’s main panel discussion.
During the opening session, Sérgio Almeida will present the theme “The Leadership Shift: Leading New Generations”, exploring how organisations are transforming in a context shaped by technological progress, artificial intelligence, changing expectations among younger generations, and the need to build more human, adaptable and purpose-driven organisational cultures.
He will then moderate the panel discussion “Challenges and Opportunities in Attracting and Motivating Young Talent”, which will bring together representatives from some of Portugal’s leading organisations, including SONAE, GESTAMP and Porto Tech Hub. The discussion will seek to identify practical strategies for attracting, developing and retaining talent in a labour market undergoing profound transformation.

For the SEAL Group, this partnership represents another step in its mission to support organisations in building high-performance cultures through leadership, human development, behavioural science and organisational innovation.
The SEAL Group’s presence at the UP Summit also reinforces its commitment to actively contributing to the debate on the major trends that will shape the future of businesses, people and organisations.
We invite all our clients, partners and wider community to attend this event and join the conversation about the emerging challenges of leadership and talent management.
