SealGroup respects your privacy and protects the personal information transmitted to it. Whenever personal information from users and data holders is required, for the purpose of providing services, the use of that information is described under the terms of this document and with respect for data protection legislation.
Sealgroup respects all national and international laws and regulations regarding the protection of children’s privacy.
Sealgroup does not intend to attract visits from children and, therefore, does not request personal information from children or send them requests for personal information in any way.
In addition to these privacy commitments, Sealgroup respects all privacy rules and regulations in force in Portugal.
Use of personal data
The personal data you indicate to us will be processed with a view to marketing the products and services sold and sharing information, tools, dynamics and other communications by SealGroup.
Responsible for the processing of personal data
Sealgroup is responsible for the processing of your personal data, by automated means or not, from collection, organization, conservation to elimination. Sealgroup is aware of and complies with the rules laid down for the processing of personal data, which are currently set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.
Goal
Your personal data will only be used for the purposes indicated above. Your data will not be passed on to others, nor will it be used for purposes other than those for which you have given us your consent. Please note that the communication of your personal data that you are making to Sealgroup is not mandatory by law or otherwise. Therefore, you are not obliged to provide us with your data, but if you do not, the consequence will be that you will not receive communications and marketing of products and services sold by Sealgroup.
Data retention period
Your data will be kept for a period of 2 years from the granting of this consent or, if you have entered into a purchase and sale or service provision contract with us, for a period of 5 years from the granting of this consent, or for a longer period if so the law establishes it.
Data access
Right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of treatment, object to treatment, request portability of your data: You have the right, whenever you want and free of charge, to ask Sealgroup (by telephone, email or registered letter) to:
- access the data you have given us
- request rectification of your data
- request deletion of your data
- request limitation of the processing of your data
- object to the processing of your data
- request the portability of your data to an entity indicated by you.
It should be noted, however, that if there is a legally imposed rule or obligation that overrides these rights, Powercoaching will respond to the impossibility of executing the request, indicating the respective grounds.
