We were born Powercoaching in 2010 and ,quickly, became a reference in the areas of behavioural, leadership and team training.

We introduced the Power method to the market, CARE – High Performance Centre for Companies and Executives, and created the concept of Happiness in Organizations, placing people at the centre of dynamics, oriented towards results and individual and corporate sustainability.

Time passed, the company grew, the focus of activity became broader and, today, we assume a new identity: Seal Human Company. The evolution maintained the company’s core and values: integrating people with technology and promoting talent and human potential, in a culture of organizational happiness and high performance. After all, we have always been a human company.
